OFFICE MODULAR 2 (OM2) BUILDING


This project proposes a new temporary modular structure, that will closely mirror Office Modular 1 (OM1) in size, function and appearance, to address immediate space needs resulting from growth in UBC Okanagan’s academic programs.  OM2 will be a 536 m2 building that will include a washroom facility to serve both OM1 and OM2.
